Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within Canada are typically 2–8 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available in Drumheller, Alberta. It will be delivered within 1-2 business days from order date. If you’re outside of Drumheller, Nacmine, Midland or Rosedale you will be contacted to pickup your order pay a $5 fee.

Order Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses.

If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
